Return Policy

At Family Chotki, every product is created and packed with care. Because we are a small business and produce items in limited batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at hello@familychotki.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item so we can review it. On occasion, we may replace or refund a damaged product at our discretion.

We are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or general wear and tear.
