International Orders
Digital products are available worldwide through our website and can be purchased in our Shop.
We do fulfill International Orders for physical items on a case-by-case basis however we do not have that option enabled in our store as we calculate the shipping manually for each individual order. If you would like to place an order that needs to be shipped outside the United States, please email us at familychotki@gmail.com or use the provided form to send us the following details:
Name and shipping address
What you would like to order + quantity
Phone number (for shipping)
How International Orders Work
Once we have the details of your order, we will first determine if we are able to ship to your location. If so, we will calculate the shipping, put an invoice together and email it to you. Upon payment of the invoice, we will purchase the shipping label, ship your order and provide a tracking number.
So far, we have successfully shipped orders to Australia and Canada.
